Vendors     

As we do each year, we select vendors to participate in the Pro-Am Roping that represent the contemporary creative cowboy culture. Bit and spur makers, saddle makers, artists, silversmiths, gear makers of all kinds – we invite the truly authentic and most creative artisans around. The vendor fee for a 5’ x 10’ space is $200.00, a 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 12’ space is $400.00, an arena spot is $550, and a 10’ x 20’ space is $800. The event is four days, August 20-23, 2026 and vendors will set up on Wednesday, August 19. Please submit a vendor inquiry below to request an application, once approved you can pay for your vendor spot.
