• How many teams can I be on?

  • You can be on 3 teams! just have to swap out partners.

• Where do I reserve stalls/ hookups?

  • You can book your stalls and RV spaces at the drop down menu above!

• Are there plugins and/or dry camping?

  • There is dry camping available, but you must stall your horse, NO tying to trailers overnight.

• How do I enter/ do I need to enter my full team?

  • You must enter online, but if you don’t have your teammates yet… no worries! just fill your name in all teammate slots and let Reata know when you have your teammate.

• When are the pros drawn?

  • The Pros are drawn right before the team branding on Thursday

• Can I enter at the event when I get there/ do you take cash for entries?

  • You must enter online at this website! NO CASH will be taken at the event.

• Do I need to bring proof of coggins and health certs?

  • Be sure if you are traveling over state lines to have your horse papers in order, including brand inspection!

• I want to be a vendor, how do I go about that?

  • Get ahold of Tracy and Dana under the vendors Tab.

• I want to sponsor! How can I get involved?
