We have always been proud that ALL THE PROCEEDS from the ProAm Roping has always gone back to the ropers (less expenses). We do not keep a cent for ourselves and it tis truly a labor of love. we are excited to now be partnering with The Wild Courage Mission to give a portion of all proceeds to helping those in need of support and someone to talk to. Mental health and wellbeing is a struggle that is too often overlooked in the cowboy world, we have lost too many individuals to the struggle for self worth and self value. We are so pleased that the Wild Courage movement is creating an avenue for those individuals seeking help. We are excited to be able to use the Brannaman ProAm Vaquero Roping as a stage for bringing awareness to their mission for helping cowboys and cowgirls in their journey.

with the headline sponsorship, sponsors will be given naming rights on all promotional materials, along side the event name. example: “2021 yourname brannaman proam vaquero roping” also, you will be given a large booth in the tradeshow area to showcase your business, or simply a personal hospitality area for you and your comrades. you will receive 10 complimentary tickets to our music event on saturday night, as well as reserved seating for the roping event itself.
If you choose a headline sponsorship, you will need to provide banners for us to use for the event. They can be sent prior to the event to Bill Reynolds (2273 Alamo Pintado Road Solvang, CA 93463), your booth will need to be set up on Wednesday or Thursday prior to the event.
with the arena sponsorship, sponsors will be given the naming rights on one of our event arenas and be mentioned when talking about each arena throughout the event. you will also be given a booth in the tradeshow area to showcase your business, or simply a personal hospitality area for you and your comrades. you will receive 5 ocmplimentary tickets to our music event on saturday night as well as reserved seating for the roping itself.
with a silver sponsorship, sponsors will be on all promotional materials, arena banner area for sponsors provided banner, reserved seating at the event, 2 provided tickets for the music event on saturday night.
with a bronze sponsorship, sponsors will be given their logo on all daysheets and posters, reserved seating privilages and 2 tickets for the music event on saturday night.
